Candice has degrees in both Human Movement/ Exercise and Sport Science and a Masters of Physiotherapy both from the University of South Australia. She works 2 x days a week in Womens Health and Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy.

Candice has also studied both Reformer and Mat Pilates courses but now only takes a handful of our classes on the schedule and instead spends majority of her time training new instructors, running1:1 sessions with clients and running the business from behind the scenes.

She loves working with people from all walks of life and being able to help people stay active. Her personal favourite is being able to help people break away from unhelpful pain beliefs that are holding one back when it comes to exercise.


You can expect a well rounded, whole body workout focusing specifically on correct  techniques and developing the body uniformly in Candice's class!
